Keith joined the team at HLB Mann Judd Sydney in 2000. He has over 7 years experience specifically relating to providing business and taxation advice to a wide range of entities. Keith’s expertise lies in involvement with various small, medium and large private companies, public companies and associations.
During his ten year career in the Business Services / Tax Group at HLB Mann Judd, Keith has established and maintained relationships with clients in many industries, including professional practices, property and construction, managed investment schemes and private equity. Keith’s clients are predominately privately owned companies some of which are private equity backed and he advises both the companies he deals with and their shareholders.
Keith specialises in compliance matters (accounting and taxation) for businesses varying in size and operations, together with arising management issues. His specialities include providing corporate, accounting and taxation compliance advice.
Keith’s strengths lie in his ability to deliver pragmatic solutions to clients and to explain complex areas of the law in a meaningful way to clients. He enjoys resolving clients tax issues efficiently as well as advising on other areas of the law.
He has advised family businesses, high net worth individuals, property, investment, SME’s and charitable foundations in income tax, stamp duty, capital gains tax and looking at ways to return value to shareholders by share capital reductions and advising clients in relation to share buy backs.
During his career at HLB Mann Judd, Keith has developed a team of professional advisors who assist him with delivering and maintaining excellent client service.
