Tony Fittler is the Managing Partner of HLB Mann Judd Sydney.
Tony Fittler is a highly credentialed taxation practitioner with over 25 years' experience, including 20 years with HLB Mann Judd.
Well regarded as being both commercially savy and technically astute, he possesses particularly strong skills in areas including:
advising private equity funds on structures and
assisting fund managers in relation to their tax matters across both the funds they manage, as well as the
management company (including responsible entities)
advising medium-sized businesses (both privately and publicly owned) in relation to corporate taxation
compliance, taxation audits and disputes and employee share schemes

surrounding capital gains tax and GST)
