James is a Partner in HLB Mann Judd’s Business Services Division in SA. He is highly experienced in providing business advisory services to a range of small and medium businesses, with a particular focus on business structuring, liability and tax planning, and profit and cashflow optimisation. His expertise extends across several industry groups including wine, hospitality, property and construction, and agribusiness. With a background in family business, James understands this sector’s unique challenges and advises on areas including succession planning, generational change and family constitutions.

James brings strong and practical expertise in the wine sector, having family wine interests and numerous clients. He is an active member of the South Australian Wine Industry Association, and a regular presenter and media contributor on business structuring, taxation, business planning and funding. In addition, he actively supports community housing in South Australia, and assists community housing organisations and co-operatives to secure State and Commonwealth funding.
