Pierre is the head of HLB Mann Judd’s Corporate & Advisory Division in SA, and has significant experience in providing high quality corporate advice to public and private companies.
 
His expertise extends to providing corporate advice and support to a number of companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), and he is the appointed Company Secretary for ASX listed Papyrus Australia Limited. He has also previously held the position of Company Secretary for a number of other ASX listed companies.

Pierre specialises in listed company services including tax consulting, management of client accounting systems and the preparation of annual financial statements and reports, company secretarial functions including ASX Listing Rules, reporting at Board level, capital raisings, assisting with financial interpretations and strategic planning.

Pierre is actively involved with the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy, and regularly contributes to the SA Mining and Energy Journal.
