Litsa joined HLB Mann Judd in 1990 and became a Partner within the Business Advisory Services Division in 2003. Litsa develops strong and lasting relationships with her clients and works closely with them in the day to day management of their businesses. She prides herself on being responsive to any of her clients' business needs whether it's dealing with tax and compliance work, assisting with financing issues, or dealing with asset protection issues.

Litsa has particular expertise and industry knowledge in providing accounting and management support within the health professionals sector and building and construction industry, as a consequence of several long standing client relationships with specialist medical practitioners and dealing with one of the largest home builders in Australia.

Litsa spent a number of years as the Treasurer on the board of The Gowrie WA. Litsa is the Director of the firm's Business Services Division.
