Lucio's career began as a cadet accountant with Hendry Rae and Court in 1977. In 1986, Lucio joined HLB Mann Judd, and in 1990, completed a six month secondment with the HLB affiliate office in Toronto, Canada. Lucio returned to Perth and progressed to become a partner in the Corporate and Audit Services Division in 1993.
With close to 35 years experience in the profession, Lucio is a highly regarded accounting practitioner, who maintains a close and hands-on approach with his clients' affairs. Lucio specialises in audit services, management and advisory services, prospectus preparation, investigating accountant's reports for IPOs, expert reports and due diligence reviews.
Lucio is a proper authority holder of HLB Mann Judd Corporate (WA) Pty Ltd, the firm's AFS licensed investment advisory arm which prepares independent expert's reports for mergers, takeovers and capital raisings. He is an active member of the national board of the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia, including being the chair of the Foundation's Audit Committee.
Lucio is currently the Perth firm's Managing Partner.
