David joined HLB Mann Judd NSW in 1967 and became a partner in 1971, retired as a partner in 2011, and is now a consultant to the firm.
David offers extensive experience in Dispute Resolution in the form of:
expert witness (including as single expert), arbitration, referee, expert determination, mediation and collaborative practice, in a variety of industries and for various purposes such as:

- Sale of business
- Commercial damages quantification
- Business valuation
- Accounting principles argument in commercial and taxation disputes

He has also wide experience in the provision of Corporate Advisory finance services.
From 1984 to 1992 David held in his own name the (inaugural) appointment of Independent Auditor of the Auditor-General’s Office of New South Wales.
