Tony Kabrovski began his accounting career in 1997 with a Sydney-based boutique accounting firm, before furthering his career with Grant Thornton, BDO Kendalls and an ASX top 100 company as the Head of Finance (Australia and New Zealand).

A client-driven practitioner with a strong reputation for delivering practical outcomes, he has developed considerable experience in working closely with small to medium-sized enterprises and family-owned and operated businesses.

He is also well known for his ability to manage large, multi-faceted tasks that might stretch even the most hardened professional. This has included a 12-month project that involved the integration of nine business units into a single, consolidated business unit. The businesses were located domestically and internationally, with the task requiring the integration of multiple accounting systems, the restructuring of business departments, staff rationalisation and the development of consistent accounting policies and sales commission structures.

Tony has built an outstanding reputation for developing a proper understanding of his clients’ most exacting requirements and developing practical and easily implementable solutions. Tony is also national-lead Partner for our Family Business Industry Group and has appeared in media publications sharing his hands-on experience working “in” and “on” family businesses.
