The firm's tax practice is one of Melbourne’s most dynamic and progressive tax practices over recent years. Mark Pizzacalla, Head of Tax, has assembled a tax team with Big 4 and ATO experience, as well as experience across the SME market.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full or part time Supervisor/Manager with 4-6 years experience, in a Big 4 or medium sized public practice (within Tax/Business Services) or ATO background to join our dedicated team of tax specialists.
This is a great opportunity for a high flying supervisor who is ready to be mentored by the best and make their mark as an up and coming manager. Alternatively, you may be a manager seeking a new, dynamic team environment.
Your role
Your role in the Tax Division will be to provide innovative and practical tax solutions for our growing client base across various markets, particularly SMEs, high growth businesses and listed companies. It is our expectation that the successful applicant will be able to grow with, and meet the rapidly expanding needs of our progressive tax client base. You will also
assist with the firm's business development and marketing strategies.
Selection Criteria
Candidates must possess strong oral and written communication skills, leadership ability, personal drive, initiative, computer skills and relevant tertiary qualifications. Business development skills will be highly valued.
Ideally, you would be expected to have a diverse range of tax experience, skills, and knowledge, including recent tax reforms. In turn, we support our tax specialists with quality tax technical training and development opportunities.

We are prepared to work with service providers at capped rates between 13 - 15% (dependent on salary).
