Benefits
A Team Based Approach
At HLB Mann Judd Melbourne, we strongly believe that people are our greatest asset. To strive for the best practices possible, a team approach has been created to promote a dynamic work environment.
Staff benefit from the team approach - the ability of the team to regularly plan, share responsibilities, and discuss technical issues and new products, helps to create an environment for professional and personal development. We have team based events to foster relationships within the teams. Events have included Go-Karting, Rock-climbing and Sailing (yes, we like a little adventure)! These events are designed to encourage a joint commitment, a collaborative working approach, interdependency and mutual accountability.
In the end, our clients benefit from the team’s attention to the development and adherence to quality standards, constant monitoring and planning of client workflow, and team discussion of client issues with a view to providing quality service.
Employee benefits
In 2008 we won an award for being ranked in the “TOP 25 Australian Companies in the Work/Life Initiatives: The Way Ahead 2007 Benchmarking Study”. Our staff members enjoy a range of benefits and we believe that rewarding our people for good work goes a long way towards driving a high-performance culture.
