Phil is a Partner with HLB Mann Judd’s Audit and Assurance Division in SA, and has extensive knowledge and experience in providing audit services to a diverse range of industry sectors. In addition, he provides specialist business advisory and consulting services to many of his clients.

Phil’s expertise extends to providing audit services to ASX listed companies, health services, wine, primary production, aged care and community services, government and the not for profit sector. He is also a corporate governance expert, and has a long history of serving in Chair and Director roles for numerous public and private sector organisations. Phil’s current positions include Chair of the Private Mental Health Alliance, and Board Member and Treasurer of the Palliative Care Council of South Australia.

Phil has been an integral member of the Audit Committee of the HLB Mann Judd National Association, which is responsible for the national audit peer review process. He continues to be at the forefront of emerging audit and accounting issues, and ensures audit quality and integrity within HLB Mann Judd. In his spare time, Phil enjoys playing squash at a competitive level.
