Accounting and financial services firm HLB Mann Judd has announced the appointment of Rowan Tracey as Director within the Business Advisory Services Division in the Perth firm.
Rowan Tracey joined HLB Mann Judd as a graduate in 2005 and was most recently a manager within the firm’s Business Advisory Services Division for a number of years.
HLB Mann Judd Managing Partner Norman Neill said Rowan’s well-deserved promotion demonstrated the firm’s commitment to cultivate leaders within the organisation.
“Rowan has been a diligent member of the HLB Mann Judd team for more than 13 years and his promotion to Director speaks volumes about his outstanding ability to deliver sound financial advice and great outcomes for his loyal clients,” Mr Neill said.
“Having worked alongside Rowan for many years, I have seen his evolution from a `green’ graduate to an accomplished professional who genuinely cares about his clients and supporting his team.
“As an organisation that is critical to the financial growth of a wide range of clients we firmly believe in fostering a strong ‘can do’ culture within our team and Rowan has demonstrated his ability to step up in all situations,” he said.
As Director of HLB Mann Judd’s Business Advisory Services, Rowan will be part of the senior team which oversees the strategic direction of the division to ensure it continues to deliver exceptional client outcomes and sustained growth in Western Australia.
“I have been fortunate enough to be part of the HLB Mann Judd team for more than a decade and I am genuinely humbled and excited to be a Director,” Mr Tracey said.
“I am excited by the challenges that come with being a Director within the firm and working more closely with the Partnership team as well as with my clients.
“I’m proud of HLB Mann Judd’s values and reputation in Perth and it’s extremely gratifying to be rewarded and recognised with this promotion,” he said.
