HLB Mann Judd is proud to announce two exceptional women have been shortlisted for the prestigious Women in Finance Awards, partnered by NAB.
Annette Bonnett, a partner in the Adelaide firm, has been shortlisted for the “Accountant of the Year” category and Vanessa Abboud, a manager in the Sydney firm was named in the “Young Leader of the Year” category.
Both “Accountant of the Year” and “Young Leader of the Year” awards recognise professionals who have effectively shaped their business’ performance and delivered value to their organisation.
In its second year, the Women in Finance Awards, which covers 28 categories, highlights the outstanding work of women within financial services and puts them on a national stage to support the continuing growth and development of women in the financial arena.
Tony Fittler, chairman of the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association, expressed that he was thrilled that two of our female leaders were being recognised for the important contribution they make to their firm.
“We are very proud of Annette and Vanessa. They are talented, professional women whose innovative ideas and leadership have helped their firms provide better service to clients,” Mr Fittler said.
Annette and Vanessa said they felt very honoured by the award nominations.
The winners will be announced at a black-tie awards dinner on Thursday, 20 September at The Star, Sydney.
