The three leaders are being recognised for different contributions to the business community. Lindzi Caputo has published several articles encouraging business women to take charge of their superannuation. Charlotte Sandell’s leadership has provided invaluable guidance for women in business, particularly start- ups.
In its inaugural year, the Women in Finance Awards, which covers 28 categories, recognises the outstanding work of women within financial services.
“This awards event is an Australian-first program that truly pulls together all areas of financial services under one umbrella to celebrate success and excellence,” said Momentum Media’s head of events, Jim Hall.
“The winners will not only represent inspirational high achievers from the financial sector, but also recognise the rising stars of tomorrow,” Mr Hall added.
Tony Fittler, Chairman of the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association, expressed that he was thrilled the Brisbane and Sydney firms were being recognised in the areas of leadership and innovation.
“These dynamic and professional women demonstrate our commitment to delivering the highest levels of client service which is an integral part of the firm’s approach,” Mr Fittler said.
It has been a rewarding year for HLB Mann Judd. Earlier this year the firm was named “Best Accounting Firm” in its revenue category ($50m – $500m) in the 2017 Financial Review Client Choice Awards. It is the fourth time that the firm has won the “best accounting firm” award. Perth partner Litsa Christodulou was also named a finalist in the “Practitioner Award – Most Client Focused” category after receiving great feedback from her clients.
