HLB Mann Judd’s Brisbane office is a 10 Partner firm, providing a wide range of accounting, auditing, taxation and consulting services to SME’s, government entities, privately owned groups and listed companies. We are currently seeking motivated, enthusiastic Accounting graduates to join our Business Advisory and Audit and Assurance Divisions in February 2020. We want individuals who are technically proficient, with high level interpersonal and communication skills. Seeking the opportunity to develop relationships with a broad range of clients within the industry.
To be eligible to apply, you must be in your final year of a Commerce or Business degree, with an accounting major (or be recently qualified). You will have passed the required subjects to undertake the CA Program and be an Australian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency Status. You must have a consistent academic record and be prepared to undertake the CA Program to become a qualified Chartered Accountant.
We are the best of both worlds, big enough to have all the experience and knowledge, small enough to work with our clients and staff on a personal basis. You will work in smaller teams and we will get to know your strengths, so you can have more client contact and greater responsibility, sooner. You will attend regular team meetings, technical issues are discussed, planning is done and team members are given a clear indication of their responsibilities. We have realistic expectations and ensure that you have genuine work life balance.
As a graduate accountant you will be provided with a structured learning and development opportunities. The training schedule varies in delivery methods from e-learning to live classroom training, to off-site programs, learning on the job and participation in National training initiatives.
