HLB Mann Judd’s Melbourne office (“the Firm”) is a 14 Partner firm, providing a wide range of accounting, auditing, taxation and consulting services to SME’s, government entities, privately owned groups and listed companies. The firm is a member of the HLB Mann Judd Australasian Association which consists of 8 member firms and 2 representative firms and has approximately 85 partners and 600 staff members.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic graduate or experienced graduate with up to 18 months experience to join our Tax Consulting team. This position will have a heavy learning and development focus given that the successful candidate will have either no or limited practical experience.

We are seeking an individual who is committed to professional growth, enjoys the challenges of working on a diverse client base and eventually being accountable for a portfolio of clients.

To be considered for this role, you must be a permanent resident, have a tertiary qualification in Accounting, an interest in tax, and have a desire to undertake your CA qualification.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a solid academic record and a strong work ethic. Strong inter-personal and communication skills are essential in order to develop strong relationships with our valued clients.

This role provides a rare opportunity to be mentored by the Partner who leads our Tax Division in addition to the senior team members in the Division. You will develop from the ground up and cut your teeth on tax compliance work, but with a commitment to delve into tax advisory early in your role.
